the thing is too though is that it’s christopher nolan. he was taking a risk to even hire harry due to who he was. he didn’t give a shit that he was harry styles. didn’t treat him as such and didn’t promote his film through him because he didn’t need to. he’s christopher fucking nolan. so many other people want to utilize his star power over everything else and then you get what DWD turned into. star vehicle films make me yawn because most times if you see a lot of high profile celebs in a movie, the film is going to be mediocre at best. so they try to distract you with all these glossy actors instead lmao
